Follow the signs for Historic Dockyard and from Western Avenue, take a left into the Historic Dockyard entrance. Go through the barrier and take the first left into the parking area and drive to the end and then turn right to the end and then left and right to approach the next security barrier. Press the button and speak to security and tell them you’re visiting First Business Finance at The Fitted Rigging House South.

Once through the barrier following the road straight and then round to the right and then left, passing the Historic Warships, the Wagon Stop and the helicopter. Keep following the road round, passing The Ropery and the Steam, Steel & Submarines buildings on your left.

Turn left after the Steam, Steel & Submarine building and you’ll be alongside the river.

Follow the road half way along this stretch until you see Fitting Rigging House South on your left. There is plenty of parking here. Press the buzzer to gain access to the building and take the lift or stairs to the second floor. You’ll find the office if you leave the left, turn left then right and it is on your right hand side.
